Process Sensors: PSC-400 IMMS IR camera turn-key Injection Mold Monitoring System
The presentation will start off with a basic introduction and components of the PSC-400 IMMS system. We will first focus on the thermal imaging camera and its functionality. It will then go on to describe the benefits and advantages of the complete system, as well as operation. It will delve further into the specific uses of the camera, such as the lens and the field of view, and system set up for the customer’s application. Lastly, we’ll go over common customer questions and have a Q&A.
Our Guest Speaker - Scott Nagle
Scott Nagle is the IR Division Manager for Infrared Temperature Measurement of Process Sensors, a KPM Analytics North America Company, a multi-national company based in Milford Massachusetts whose customers include many industry leaders such as General Electric, Corning, General Atomics and Proctor and Gamble.
A product of the Waldwick, New Jersey school system, William Paterson University and The Computer Science Institute in Toms River, Scott has earned Level I Thermography Certification from Honeyhill Technical Corporation.
He began his 40-year technical career with Mikron Infrared in Oakland, New Jersey where he steadily advanced to Vice President of New Product and Market Development and eventually to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. An infrared temperature application specialist, Scott has made presentations at The Infraspection Institute and Inductotherm Corporation’s Induction Heat Treating Conference in Florida and has conducted numerous presentations and seminars worldwide relating to non-contact infrared temperature sensing products. He continues to assist in the design of new products and provides unique solutions to this industry.
Scott resides in Mahwah, New Jersey with his wife Lisa and their four children.
